I agree and acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child making a submission to Christi's Fun Cub ("CFC"). I consent to CFC's use of my child's submitted written jokes, written stories, audio recordings or other content submitted using the CFC website (the "Submission"). This consent shall also apply to CFC's successors, licensees and assigns - Specifically, The Talent Dept LLC (the "Producer").

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I grant to CFC and the producer the irrevocable and perpetual right, but not the obligation, to use my child's submission, in whole or in part, and any elements thereof, in any manner CFC and the Producer see fit, in CFC's podcast and other media endeavors (collectively the “Productions”) and to use, and authorize others to use, the Submission, or any part or element thereof, in the distribution, sale, licensing, marketing, advertising, promotion, exhibition and other exploitation of any works in all media (whether now known or hereafter developed) throughout the universe.  I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of the uses to which the Materials may be put.

CFC and the Producer shall also have the right to copyright the Submission (either individually or collectively) in Producer’s name or any other name of its choosing and to use, and authorize others to use, my child’s first name, likeness and limited biographical information in connection with the Submission and any exploitation, advertising and promotion thereof. I agree that the Submission may be edited or otherwise altered at the sole discretion of CFC and the Producer and used in whole or in part for any and all broadcasting, audio/visual, and/or exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world.  I understand that I have no rights to the recording or any benefits derived there from, and I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of his or her likeness or the uses to which the likeness may be put.

I further warrant and represent that I have the right to grant all rights granted herein and CFC and the Producer’s use of the Submission as as contemplated herein will not infringe on the rights of any third party.  I will indemnify and hold Producer, its parent, successors, licensees and assigns, harmless from and against any all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of any breach of the foregoing warranty.  I acknowledge that the the Producer will rely on this permission potentially at substantial cost to the Producer and I hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder. In no event shall I be entitled to, and I hereby waive the right to, seek or obtain injunctive or other equitable relief that would enjoin or restrain the development, production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of the Submission, the Productions, or any rights relating to the foregoing.
